Good Plumb — Privacy notice
Version 2026-10-17
Contact: hello@goodplumb.ai.
Good Plumb provides the website and services described in this notice.
This notice covers our website, enquiries, accounts and project conversations. When we handle personal information for a client organisation, its instructions and any legally required processing agreement also apply; this notice alone does not establish those roles or authorise that processing.
What we collect and why
Enquiries include your name, role, organisation, website, email and information you send. Accounts include identity, organisation membership and sign-in information. Project records include supplied materials, conversations and transcripts, directives, revisions, approvals and correspondence. Voice conversations are recorded and transcribed. We process technical information for operation and security.
We use this information to respond, prepare and provide the service, maintain project records, communicate, secure the service and keep necessary legal records. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share. Our soft launch through 2026 and selective beta in January–March 2027 are for low-risk work. Do not submit high-risk data or request risky actions through an enquiry or ordinary pilot conversation. If your project needs either, discuss that need before supplying the data or asking us to act; we proceed only after assessing the request and establishing appropriate protections.
Our hosting, authentication, email, AI/voice, preparation and project-record providers support this processing. Authorised people and systems serving the project can access relevant information. Current Processing Details identify the evidenced routes. A public-serving project's authorised publication does not make all underlying information public. This notice supplies no separate permission to train general-purpose models on private client content or use it for another client.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for its relevant purpose, including an ongoing project, communication, security, recovery and necessary legal records. The period depends on the type of record, project status, deletion requests and applicable obligations. Current Processing Details state known periods and exceptions; no single automatic expiry covers all project records. Absence of a fixed expiry is not permission for unlimited retention regardless of purpose.
Contact us for access, correction, export or deletion. We verify the requester's authority, address relevant records/providers and explain any copy that must remain and why. Your organisation's project knowledge and data remain its own; leaving includes usable handover within a reasonable time of its supplied materials, project knowledge and records we hold, and project work. We separate other clients’ information and security-sensitive details rather than withhold the organisation’s project information. Expired audio cannot be recovered; third-party licence/account steps may require assistance or action by another provider. Complete export/deletion is assisted work; there is no verified universal automatic process or fixed completion-time promise. Protected recovery, mail and legally required copies may remain after removal from active records and remain subject to applicable protection/retention duties.
If you prefer not to join a recorded AI conversation, email us before starting.
Cookies and changes
We use cookies and related state for sign-in and return to your project. WorkOS handles sign-in through its hosted pages. Our application uses a sign-in session cookie configured for up to 30 days, a temporary sign-in verification cookie and a return-navigation cookie lasting up to 10 minutes. Where the sidebar is available, it uses a seven-day preference cookie. Your browser also connects to ElevenLabs for a voice conversation and to Google Cloud Storage for the call animation image. These providers receive connection information when your browser contacts them. The request application has no special response to browser Do Not Track signals.
We date released notices. We explain material changes and their effective dates before they take effect and give notice or obtain consent where required before changing processing. A revised notice does not cancel an agreement, erase a prior representation or by itself authorise a new use of previously collected information.
