How we work with you.
There are three jobs: we engage, we shape one project with you, then we build it and keep it running. Here is what happens in each, what you get, and what it asks of you.
Step 1
Engage.
We start with your work, not with AI.
What happens.
The first meeting is a conversation about what your organisation does and what you are trying to achieve. We ask what would make the biggest difference. We do not arrive with a list of AI tools.
What you get.
- A shared picture of your work, in your words.
- Our honest view of whether there is a project here worth shaping.
- Nothing is committed yet.
What it asks of you.
- One meeting, thirty minutes.
- One person who knows the work is enough to start.
Step 2
Shape the idea.
We think big together, show you what AI makes possible, and find the project that matters most.
What happens.
We look at your mission and ask what AI could do for it that was never possible before. Automating the work you already do is thinking small, so we start past it. Then we narrow. One project, chosen because it matters most to you, and because we can build it well.
If you already have a strong idea, we do not make you start over. We make it stronger, and we say where we think it is smaller than it could be.
Some of what we imagine together will be beyond what we can build today. We say so at this stage, not later. When that happens there are three ways on. We can plan that part with you, find a provider who does it well, or shape a version we can build well now.
What you get.
- A directive: the project written down in plain language.
- You read it, comment on any part of it, and either approve it or ask us to refine it.
- Nothing gets built until you approve it.
What it asks of you.
- A working session or two, and the time to read the directive properly.
- Reading it closely is the most valuable hour you will spend on this project.
Step 3
Build and run it.
Our agent team builds the project and keeps it running.
What happens.
A team of agents does the work over months, not as a one-off job. We report honestly on what it finds and on what it does not know.
What you get.
- A team of agents working on your project over months.
- A body of knowledge they build and keep current.
- One or more expert agents your people can ask questions.
- Your knowledge and your data are yours.
- If you leave, you take all of it with you.
What it asks of you.
- Someone to answer questions as the team works.
- A standing slot to hear what it found.
- You are not staffing a project.
What happens after the first delivery.
This is not a workshop that leaves you with a plan. The team stays on the project. The body of knowledge stays current instead of going stale.
As the technology changes, we come back to you. We say what changed, when, and what it now lets you do. We do not wait for you to ask.
